Just back from a few days camping down in Dorset making the most of the fab weather before it disappears!
We took a wonderful trip on the Swanage Railway, it's a step back in time and well worth a visit, if you love steam trains or have small children! You can park at Norden Park and Ride, catch a train down to the seaside town of Swanage, travelling through six miles of beautiful Purbeck countryside. The return ticket price includes stopping off at the picturesque small village of Corfe Castle on the way (or way back) and if your feeling energetic you can walk up to the castle ruins, or if not have a cream tea in the National Trust Corfe Castle Tea Rooms and sit in the gardens and admire the view!

Tunnock's evokes many happy childhood memories of warm long summers and family picnics, so we always enjoy having a Tea Cake or Caramel Wafer (or both) with a cup of tea and deciding which is best! (I like the Caramel Wafers whereas Andrew prefers the Tea Cakes!)
Something else that's really great about Tunnock's, all their products are still made in Uddingston, Scotland. The firm was started by Thomas Tunnock in 1890 from a small bakery in the town and is run today by Thomas's grandson Boyd Tunnock an energetic 80 year old!
We also love the stylish kitchy packaging with the rosy cheeked 'Tunnock's boy' it always stands out on the supermarket shelves and usually ends up in the trolley....
